摘要细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)是细胞周期的关键调控因子,其生物学功能在于连接外界生长因子、信号转导与细胞周期调控的纽带,调节细胞增殖、分化和凋亡过程。直接或间接引起Cyclin D1过表达将导致细胞增殖调节机制失控、细胞周期进程加速,导致肿瘤发生、发展;Cyclin D1的编码基因 CCND1扩增与接受免疫检查点抑制剂治疗不良预后密切相关。本文系统性综述了Cyclin D1的生物学功能、在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,重点阐述了其对预后、疗效预测作用,以及有关治疗靶点研究进展,并对其作为治疗靶点的发展趋势做出展望。

abstractsCyclin D1 is a key regulator of the cell cycle. Its biological function lies in the connection among external growth factors, signal transduction and cell regulatory mechanisms. Cyclin D1 regulates the process of cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Any factor directly or indirectly causing Cyclin D1 overexpression will lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation, acceleration of the cell cycle process, that result in tumorigenesis and development. In recent years, studies have found that the amplification of CCND1 is closely related to the poor prognosis of immune checkpoint inhibitors. This article will systematically review the biological function of Cyclin D1 and its role in tumorigenesis and development, highlighting its role in clinical prognosis and curative effect prediction, the research status and progress of Cyclin D1, and the prospect of development trend of cyclin D1 as a therapeutic target.
