摘要凝血酶是人体凝血机制中的关键酶，重组人凝血酶是通过基因重组技术工业化生产的重组产品，与人体内源性凝血酶的氨基酸序列完全一致，具备与天然凝血酶相同的功能，是具有更优生物安全特性的凝血酶产品。2023年12月，重组人凝血酶在中国首次获批上市，目前中国临床医师对其用药经验尚不充分；因此专家组参考国内外相关研究和临床实践制定了重组人凝血酶的临床用药指导原则，旨在为临床医师提供准确的用药参考。医生应根据患者的具体情况和临床需要，合理选用重组人凝血酶，并遵循指导原则进行用药，以确保安全有效地应用该药物。

abstractsThrombin is an important enzyme in the human blood coagulation mechanism. Recombinant human thrombin is a recombinant product industrially produced through genetic recombination technology, with an amino acid sequence identical to that of endogenous thrombin in the human body, having the same function as natural thrombin. It is a thrombin product with superior biosafety characteristics. In December 2023, recombinant human thrombin was approved for the first time in our country and has been launched on the market. Currently, clinical physicians in our country have insufficient experience with the use of this medication. Therefore, based on the relevant research and clinical practice at home and abroad, the expert group formulated the guiding principles for clinical use of recombinant human thrombin, aiming to provide accurate reference for clinicians. Doctors should select recombinant human thrombin rationally based on the specific conditions of the patient and clinical needs, and adhere to the guidelines for medication use to ensure the safe and effective application of this drug.
