摘要目的 探讨股骨头缺血性坏死中X线分期与MRI信号分型之间的关系和MRI在评价早期股骨头缺血性坏死中的价值.方法 40例确诊为股骨头缺血性坏死患者共64髋分别进行了X线和MRI评价,并对照了X线分期和MRI分型以明确二者之间的关系.结果 MRI分期中A型中以0期和Ⅰ期为主;B型中以Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期为主;C型中以Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期为主;D型中以Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期为主.结论 X线分期和MRI分型之间有明显相关性,可以用MRI分型标准来进行股骨头缺血性坏死的MRI分期.并且在评价早期股骨头缺血性坏死方面MR/明显优于X线.

abstractsObjective To study the Correlation between stage of X - ray and classification of MRI signal in diagnosing avascular necrosis of femoral head, the value of MRI in evaluating early stage of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods Forty patients who were verified as vascular necrosis of femoral head were evaluated by using of X - ray and MRI, then the results of stage of X - ray and classifi-cation of MRI signal were compared by using of statistical method in ordering to known the relation be-tween stage of X - ray and classification of MRI signal. Results Among classification of MRI signal, type A were major made of 0 stage and Ⅰ stage,type B were major made of Ⅰ stage and Ⅱ stage,type C is major made of Ⅱ stage and Ⅲ stage, type D is major made of Ⅲ stage and Ⅳ stage. Conclusions There is obvious correlation between stage of X - ray and classification of MRI signal, and the classification of MRI signal could be used as MRI stage of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Besides, MRI is better than X - ray in diagnosing of early stage of avascular necrosis of femoral head.
