摘要目的 探讨循序减压弹力袜在预防普外术后深静脉血栓的效果.方法 对46例年龄>40岁的普外手术患者采用术前一晚开始戴循序减压弹力袜,直到恢复支持活动,并随机选择42例年龄>40岁的普外手术患者作为对照,只采用传统的预防措施.以I125纤维蛋白原摄取试验阳性,静脉造影证实为诊断标准.结果 预防组46例中发生深静脉血栓1例,占2.2%;对照组42例中发生深静脉血栓8例,占19%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 循序减压弹力袜是普外术后预防深静脉血栓的一种简单、安全、有效的措施.

abstractsObjective Discussion the effect of GEC in general surgery to prevent deep vein thrombosis. Methods Forty six cases of over 40 years old general surgical patients began using GEC at the night before surgery, until the resumption of support activities, and 42 cases of randomly selected over 40 years old general surgical patients as a control, only using the traditional preventive measures. To iodine 125 fibrinogen uptake test positive, venography confirmed to be diagnostic criteria. Results In the preventive group,1 cases of 46 patients occurred deep vein thrombosis,accounting for 2.2%;8 cases of 42 patients occurred deep vein thrombosis, accounting for 19% in control group,there was significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions GEC is a simple,safe,and effective measure to prevent deep vein thrombosis after general surgery.
