摘要目的 探讨规范化诊治管理模式对妊娠糖尿病妊娠结局的影响.方法 随机选取妊娠糖尿病孕妇116例作为观察组,根据年龄、病情程度,体质量指数(BMI) 1:1匹配对照组,分别采取规范化诊治管理模式和传统诊治管理模式进行干预,对两组资料进行回顾性分析.结果 采用规范化诊治管理模式进行干预后,观察组胰岛素治疗率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血糖控制满意率却显著高于对照组;孕妇剖宫产、妊高征、羊水过多、胎膜早破及胎儿窘迫率显著低于对照组,所分娩新生儿中巨大儿、高胆红素血症、窒息和早产率也显著低于对照组 (P<0.05).结论 规范化诊治管理模式可有效控制血糖,取得良好妊娠结局,值得推广.

abstractsObjective To observe the influence of standard management of diagnosis and treatment on pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods A hospital-based 1∶1 matched case-control study was conducted.Each case was matched with one controls on age, disease condition and Body Mass Index(BMI), the observed group of 116 subjects and control group of 116 subjects treated with standard and normal mangagement in diagnosis and treatment respectively.Results The rates of pregnant complications in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observed group:pregnancy induced hypertension, fetal macrosomia, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress, premature labor and hydramnios (P<0.05).Conclusions The standard management of diagnosis and treatment is significantly helpful for depressing the risk of peripartum complications.
