摘要目的 评价参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案(奥沙利铂加亚叶酸钙和5-氟尿嘧啶)治疗晚期胃癌的综合疗效和不良反应.方法 将70例晚期胃癌患者随机分两组,对照组34例,单用FOLFOX4方案化疗.治疗组36例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用参芪扶正注射液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,连用10 d.结果 两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组血液不良反应和消化道不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌可降低化疗引起的不良反应,改善患者的生活质量.

abstractsObjective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX4 chemo-therapy to treat patients with advanced Gastric cancer.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups by random assignment,control group(34 patients were treated by FOLFOX4 only) and treatment group(36 patients were treated by combining Shenqi Fuzheng injection and FOLFOX4).Shenqi Fuzheng injection 250 ml Qd for 10 days in the treated group. Results Difference between the two groups on therapeutic effect showed no significance(P>0.05). The hematological toxicity and gastrointestinal reactions in the treated group were lower than those in the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions When used to treat patients with advanced Gastric cancer Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX4 regimen were more effective and with lower toxicities.
