摘要目的 探求简单、安全、疗效好的治疗尿道肉阜的激光手术方法.方法 将63例尿道肉阜患者随机分为三组:CO2激光联合Nd:YAG治疗组(A组,21例)、CO2激光治疗组(B组,21例)和Nd:YAG治疗组(C组,21例),比较三组患者的一次治愈率,手术时间、术中出血情况、术后炎性反应消失和切口愈合时间,并随访1年观察复发情况.结果 一次性治愈率A组为100％,而B组和C组分别是90.48％和85.71％；A组患者术中出血少于B组,术后炎性反应消失快于C组,手术时间和切口愈合时间明显短于B组和C组(P ＜0.05),随访1年均无复发.结论 CO2激光联合Nd:YAG治疗尿道肉阜效果良好,无明显不良反应,操作简单,值得推广.

abstracts[Objective] To investigate a safe and effective laser treatment for urethral caruncle.[Methods] Sixty-three patients with urethral caruncle were randomly divided into three groups:CO2 laser combined with Nd:YAG laser treatment group(group A,21 cases),CO2 laser treatment group(group B,21 cases)and Nd:YAG laser treatment group(group C,21 cases).The cure rate with one time treatment,operative time,the formation of blood loss in operation,the days of inflammatory reaction after operation and wound healing time of patients in these three groups were analyzed.[Results] The cure rate with one time treatment was 100％ in group A,and 90.48％,85.71％ in group B and group C.The intraoperative hemorrhage in group A was lower than that in group B.The disappearance time of inflammatory response in group A was shorter than that in group C.The operation time and wound healing time in group A was shorter than that in group B and group C(P＜0.05).There were no recurrence occurred after follow-up for one year.[Conclusions] The combination of CO2 laser with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of urethral caruncle is a valuable effective and simple technique with less side effect.
