摘要目的 探讨经皮肾镜钬激光与EMS超声气压弹道碎石清石系统(EMS)治疗肾结石的疗效及并发症.方法 前瞻性的分析克拉玛依市人民医院2011年3月至12月收治的80例肾结石患者的临床资料,比较经皮肾镜钬激光与EMS治疗肾结石的疗效及并发症发生情况.结果 经皮肾镜钬激光碎石患者的结石清除率、一期碎石成功率及手术时间均优于EMS治疗患者,两组并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义.结论 经皮肾镜钬激光治疗肾结石相对于EMS具有更好的治疗效果,是治疗肾结石较好的手术方法.

abstractsObjective To investigate the efficacy and complications of percutaneous holmium laser lithotripsy and EMS in treatment of renal calculus.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with renal calculus admitted in our hospital from March to December 2011 were analyzed,and the efficacy of percutaneous renal holmium laser lithotripsy and EMS on renal calculus and complications were compared.Results Stone clearance success rate and operation time of percutaneous nephrolithotomy by holmium laser in patients treated with percutaneous holmium laser lithotripsy were better than those in patients treated by EMS.There was no significant difference in the complications.Conclusions Treatment of renal calculus by percutaneous renal holmium laser lithotripsy has better effects,it' s better operative method for treatment of renal calculus.
