Clinical value of cutting-needle biopsy in patients with exudative pleural effusion
摘要目的 探讨弹簧切割针在胸膜活检中的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析应用弹簧切割针进行胸膜活检的76例渗出性胸腔积液患者的临床资料.结果 应用弹簧切割针行胸膜活检取材成功率为93.9％,确定诊断率为76.3％.结论 弹簧切割针胸膜活检是一种简便、安全、有效的诊断手段,可提高渗出性胸腔积液的诊断率.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the clinical value of cutting-needle biopsy in patients with exudative pleural effusion.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with exudative pleural effusion underwent biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results With cutting-needle biopsy,the success rate of obtaining specimens was 93.9％,and the definitive rate of pathologic diagnosis was 76.3％.Conclusions Cuttingneedle biopsy is a safe,simple and effective way for diagnosing pleural effusion,with few complications.
