摘要目的 分析抗高血压药物的应用情况,探讨用药指导对临床合理使用抗高血压药物的影响.方法 选择高血压患者120例,以药物利用指数(DUI)为标准,对抗高血压药物的用药合理性进行统计分析,并对患者用药指导干预后的用药依从性进行统计.结果 钙通道阻滞剂是最常用的抗高血压药,其次为β-受体阻滞剂和利尿剂.经过用药指导,患者的用药依从性得到了较大的提高.结论 抗高血压药物的应用应遵循用药原则,合理使用,正确的用药指导对患者的用药依从性具有较大的影响.

abstractsObjeetive To investigate and analyze the application of antihypertensive drugs,and guide the rational use of antihypertensive drugs.Methods One hundred and twenty hypertensive patients were chose,the drug utilization index (DUI) as the standard,the rationality of drug use of antihypertensive drugs was statistically analyzed,and the medication compliance was statistically analyzed after the intervention of medication guide.Results Calcium channel blockers were the most commonly used antihypertensive drugs,followed by beta-blockers and diuretics.After medication guide,The medication compliance of patients was greatly improved.Conclusions The application of antihypertensive drugs should follow theprinciple of rational use of drugs,correct medication guide,and has great influence onthe medication compliance of patients.
