摘要目的：在临床上使用不同的药物与氢氧化钙（CH）配伍用于根管消毒，比较其疗效。方法在临床上随机选取牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、根尖周炎患者共192例，随机分为 CH 组、CH +碘仿组、CH +甲硝唑组和 CH +地塞米松组等四组进行根管治疗。结果 CH 组、CH +甲硝唑、CH +碘仿、CH +地塞米松组在治疗牙髓炎、牙髓坏死时疗效相同，CH +碘仿组在治疗根尖周炎时，疗效优于其他三组（P ﹤0.05）。结论 CH +碘仿组在治疗根尖周炎中疗效好于其他氢氧化钙剂型。

abstractsObjective To compare the curative effects of different medicines mixed with calcium hy-droxide as root canal disinfection medicines. Methods One hundred and ninty-two patients with pulpitis, pulp necrosis,periapical periodontitis were chose,and divided into CH group,CH and iodoform compound paste group,CH and metronidazole compound paste group,CH and dexamethasone compound paste group, then canal therapy was given. Results There was little difference in therapy effect among the 4 groups. But the CH and iodoform compound paste group showed better therapy effect on the periapical periodontitis. Con-clusions The CH and iodoform compound paste group show better therapy effect on periapical periodontitis.
