摘要目的：探讨整形外科处理对急性皮肤软组织创伤的疗效。方法选取郑州人民医院颐和医院2012年6月至2013 年6月收治的皮肤软组织损伤患者105例，对上述急性体表皮肤软组织损伤患者进行规范化清创，根据创面的不同情况选取合适的整形外科方法进行处理。对不伴有软组织缺损的普通裂伤患者采取整形外科精细缝合对切口进行关闭，对伴有软组织器官损害的创面采取组织移植技术进行修复处理。结果共治疗创伤患者200例，198例患者切口Ⅰ期愈合。术后对患者进行随访，随访时间0.5~1年，所有患者未出现明显的瘢痕增生和功能障碍等，不需要进行Ⅱ期修复处理，美容效果较好。结论采用整形外科术对各种急性皮肤软组织的处理具有满意的临床效果，值得在医院临床推广使用。

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect of acute orthopedic treatment on skin and soft tis-sue trauma. Methods One hundred and five skin and soft tissue injury patients in Yihe hospital of Zhengzhou people’s hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected. All the cases were given skin surface standardized debridement,and accordingly orthopedic processing method were selected. Common laceration patients without soft tissue defects were conducted plastic surgery fine sutures to close the wound on organ damage,and common laceration patients with soft tissue defects were taken the transplan-tation treatment to repair the tissue. Results Among the 200 trauma patients,198 patients’incision were heated in phase I. Patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months postoperative. There were no obvious scar or dysfunction and didn’t need phase II repair process,and with a better cosmetic result. Conclu-sions There was satisfactory clinical result by a variety of orthopedic surgery for treatment of acute skin and soft tissue,so it’s worthy of clinical promotion.
