摘要目的 回顾性分析双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效.方法 对37例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者经相关内科疾病治疗后均进行双极人工股骨头置换术,术后早期进行康复锻炼.结果 所有患者均获得随访3～16个月,平均8个月.按Harris评分标准,优19例,良13例,可4例,差1例,优良率为86.5％.结论 双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折是一种有效的治疗方法,可使患者早期下床活动,减少并发症,提高生活质量.

abstractsObjective To analyze the effect of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement on femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Methods Thirty-seven elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures received bipolar artificial femoral head replacement after treatment of internal medicine.All of the patients conduct early rehabilitation exercise after operation.Results All the cases were followed up for 3 ～ 16 months,in average of 8 month.Evaluated with Harris scoring system,there were excellent in 19 cases,good in 13 cases,fair in 4 cases and poor in 1 case; the excellent and good rate was 86.5％.Conclusions The bipolar artificial femoral head replacement has many advantages,such as earlier weight-bearing,less complication,and higher life quality.
