摘要目的：探讨异体淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗对复发性流产的干预疗效。方法选择2012年5月至2013年8月原因不明复发性流产患者50例，其中干预组31例准备怀孕前先给予淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗2个月，怀孕后应用黄体支持；对照组19例单纯给予孕后黄体支持治疗。结果干预组治疗成功率为85.2%，对照组为20%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论采用异体淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗对复发性流产患者进行干预，临床效果满意。

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effect of active immunization with lymphocytes on recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Fifty patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URA)were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty one cases in the treatment group were treated by pre-pregnancy lymphocyte immunotherapy and conventional luteal support post-pregnancy,and nineteen cases in the control group were treated with conventional luteal support post-pregnancy merely. The incidences of pregnancy and spontaneous abortion were observed. Results The rate of pregnancy was 85. 2% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0. 01). Conclusions Lymphocyte active immunization for URA is safe and has satisfactory effect.
