摘要目的：探讨经支气管镜超声引导针吸细胞病理学对肺癌诊断的临床价值。方法对71例疑似肺癌患者行支气管超声引导针吸活检术，记录支气管超声引导针吸活检术检查方法及结果。结果71例疑似肺癌患者经支气管镜超声引导针吸活检术细胞形态学与组织病理学诊断正确率高达92.86%，差异未见统计学意义（P >0.05），但细胞形态学检查仍有5.63%（4例）出现假阴性。结论经支气管镜超声引导针吸细胞病理学对肺癌检出率较高，临床医生应准确掌握肺癌特征，对疑似患者尽快实施经支气管镜超声引导针吸细胞病理学检查确诊病情，提供针对性的治疗方案，保障患者生活质量及生命安全。

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effect of endobronchial ultrasound guided nee-dle aspiration on diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The endobronchial ultrasound guided transbronchi-al needle aspiration examination work for 71 patients with suspected lung cancer was completed by the specified clinical examination doctors with professional knowledge and rich experience. The endobronchi-al ultrasound guided transbronchial needle aspiration examination methods and results were recorded,the data were statistically analyzed and concluded. Results In 71 patients with suspected lung cancer bronchoscope ultrasound guided needle aspiration biopsy cells morphological and histological diagno-sis correct rate reaches as high as 92. 86% ,there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05),but the cell morphological examination had 5. 63%(4 cases)of false negative. Conclusions The detection rate of endobronchial ultrasound guided needle aspiration cell pathology for the lung cancer is higher, clinicians should accurately grasp the characteristics of lung cancer,endobronchial ultrasound guided needle aspiration examination confirmed the disease as soon as possible the implementation of cell pa-thology in patients with suspected,provides the specific treatment,guarantee the quality and safety of life of the patients.
