摘要目的：对全脑放疗联合与不联合立体定向放疗在脑转移瘤中的治疗效果予以对比分析。方法随机选取郑州市第三人民医院收治的脑转移瘤患者42例，将其均分为两组，分别作为对照组与观察组，对照组应用全脑放疗治疗，观察组实施全脑放疗与立体定向放疗相结合的方法治疗，对两组患者的生存期及致死率进行对比分析。结果观察组脑转移致死率为9.5%，对照组为57.1%，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。观察组中位生存时间为6.3个月，对照组为4.1个月，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论在脑转移瘤患者的治疗中，应用立体定位放疗与全脑放疗相结合的治疗方法，与单纯全脑放疗疗法相比具有良好的治疗效果，能够有效降低患者的致死率，提高患者的中位生存时间，值得在临床应用中推广。

abstractsObjective To analyze the effects of whole brain radiotherapy with and without stereotactic radiotherapy on metastatic encephaloma. Methods Forty-two patients with metastatic encephaloma were randomly selected,the pa-tients were divided into two groups,as the control group and the observation group,patients in the control group were given whole brain radiotherapy treatment,patients in the observation group were given stereotactic radiotherapy combined with whole brain radiotherapy. The survival and mortality rates of the two groups were analyzed.
