MMP-9在女性生殖道分泌物和血清中的检测含量与诊断价值
Content detection and diagnosis value of MMP-9 in female genital tract secretions and serum
摘要目的:探讨MMP-9在女性生殖道分泌物和血清中的检测含量。方法选取2011年2月至2014年6月在河南省中医院妇产科门诊检查女性58名,其中子宫颈上皮内瘤变( CIN)患者36例;慢性宫颈炎患者22例。另选择健康女性42例作为对照组。检测研究对象生殖道分泌物和血清MMP-9的水平。结果增生期、分泌期、绝经期三组生殖道分泌物MMP-9和血清 MMP-9水平均未见显著差异(P>0.05)。 CIN组、宫颈炎组、对照组三组间生殖道分泌物MMP-9水平存在显著差异(P<0.01)。 CIN组生殖道分泌物 MMP-9水平明显高于宫颈炎组和对照组( P <0.01)。 CIN 组、宫颈炎组、对照组三组间血清 MMP-9水平未见明显差异( P >0.05)。三组生殖道分泌物MMP-9水平均明显高于本组血清 MMP-9水平(P<0.01)。 CIN3组生殖道分泌物、血清MMP-9水平高于CIN1组和CIN2组(P<0.01),但 CIN 1组和 CIN 2组生殖道分泌物、血清 MMP-9水平比较未见显著差异(P>0.05);CIN1、CIN2、CIN3三组生殖道分泌物 MMP-9水平均明显高于本组血清MMP-9水平(P<0.01)。结论生理周期对MMP-9的表达无明显影响。 CIN患者生殖道分泌物 MMP-9存在明显高表达,且CIN 3患者生殖道分泌物和血清MMP-9水平明显高于 CIN 1~2患者,因此可通过检测生殖道分泌物MMP-9水平对CIN进行早期筛查和诊断。

abstractsObjective To study content detection of MMP-9 in female genital tract secretions and serum. Meth-ods Fifty eight women for out-patient examination from February 2011 to June 2014 were selected, including 36 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN) and 22 cases of chronic cervicitis. Another 42 healthy women were selected as control group. Genital tract secretions and serum MMP-9 level of study object were detected. Results The reproductive tract secretion MMP-9 and serum MMP-9 levels of proliferative phase, secretory phase, menopausal group were not significantly different (P>0. 05). Reproductive tract se-cretion MMP-9 level of Group CIN, chronic cervicitis group, control group three groups has significant difference ( P<0. 01). CIN group’s reproductive tract secretions MMP-9 levels were significantly higher than that of chronic cervicitis group and the control group (P<0. 01). The serum MMP-9 level of three groups were not significantly different (P>0. 05). Reproductive tract secretions MMP-9 level of the three groups was significantly higher than the serum level of MMP-9 in the group (P<0. 01). CIN 3 group’s reproductive tract secretion and serum level of MMP-9 was higher than that in CIN1 group and CIN2 group (P<0. 01), but there were no significant differences in CIN 1 group and CIN 2 group between reproductive tract secretion and serum level of MMP-9 (P>0. 05); CIN1, CIN2, CIN3 three groups’ reproductive tract secretions MMP-9 level was significantly higher than the serum level of MMP-9 in the group (P<0. 01). Conclusions Physiological cycle has no obvious effect on MMP-9 expression. CIN patients ’ genital tract secretions have significantly higher expression of MMP-9, and CIN 3 patients’ genital secretions and serum MMP-9 levels was significantly higher than that in CIN 1-2 patients, so it can be used for early screening and diagnosis of CIN by detecting the level of MMP-9 in re-productive tract secretions.
