摘要目的：探讨单、双椎间融合器（ cage）于腰椎后路椎间融合术中的应用效果。方法选择2008年至2011年行腰椎后路融合术患者246例，行单cage融合术114个节段，双cage融合术185个节段，统计术后3、6、9、12个月融合率及术后1年椎间高度丢失率。结果1年随访，椎间高度丢失率单cage组为13.2％，双cage组为11.2％。结论单cage、双cage对腰椎后路椎间融合率及维持椎间高度方面差异未见统计学意义。

abstractsObjective To investigate the efficacy of one and two cages in posterior lumber interbody fusion. Methods From 2008 to 2011, 246 cases with posterior lumber interbody fusion were selected.There were 114 lumbar seg-ments using one cage and 185 segments using two cage.The fusion rates (3 months,6 months, 9 months and 1 year after treatment) and the intervertebral height loss rate(1 year after treatment) between the two groups were observed and com-pared.Results 1-year followed-up,intervertebral height loss rate of one cage group was 13.2%, and 11.2% in two cage group.Conclusions There is no significant difference in the effect between one and two cages in posterior lumber interbody fusion.
