摘要目的：探讨鼻窦囊肿采用鼻窦球囊导管扩张术与纤维鼻咽喉镜联合治疗的效果。方法选取2012年4月至2014年4月鼻窦囊肿患者86例，随机分为两组。观察组46例行鼻窦球囊导管扩张术与纤维鼻咽喉镜联合治疗，对照组40例行常规鼻镜鼻窦手术，比较两组疗效。结果观察组手术难易度评分高于对照组，手术时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。观察组术后24周 Lund-Kennedy 内镜黏膜形态评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。观察组术后 CT 扫描上颌窦病变范围小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论鼻窦球囊导管扩张术联合纤维鼻咽喉镜治疗鼻窦囊肿，临床效果显著，对保障患者生存质量意义重大。

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect of balloon catheter dilatation combined with fibrolaryngoscope on sinus cyst. Methods From April 2012 to April 2014,86 patients with sinus cyst were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-six cases in observation group were given balloon catheter dilatation combined with fibro-laryngoscope,40 cases in control group were given conventional endoscopic sinus surgery,and compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results The scores of degree of difficulty of patients with sinus cyst in observation group were higher than those in control group,the operative time was longer than that of control group,there were significant differences(P ﹤0. 05). Lund-Kennedy scores of endoscopic mucosal morphology in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group within 24 weeks after operation,there was significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). The lesion extent of maxillary sinus by CT scan after operation in observation group was less than that in control group,there was significant difference (P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusions Balloon catheter dilation combined with fiber laryngoscope in treating sinus cyst,the clinical effect is significant,and plays an important role in guaranteeing patients’quality of life.
