摘要目的：探讨适形放疗联合 GT 方案化疗加吡柔比星热灌注化疗治疗老年晚期膀胱癌的临床效果。方法将2014年2月至2015年2月在胶州市人民医院接受治疗的56例老年晚期膀胱癌患者分为对照组和研究组，对照组患者采取适形放疗联合 GT 方案化疗，研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上联用吡柔比星热灌注化疗，并比较两组患者治疗1个月的近期疗效、临床症状改善情况以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组有效率为82.1%，对照组为53.8%，研究组显著高于对照组（P <0.05）；研究组临床改善率显著高于对照组（P <0.05）；研究组和对照组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论适形放疗联合 GT 方案化疗加吡柔比星热灌注化疗治疗老年晚期膀胱癌临床效果较好，且能有效改善患者临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effect of conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy plus pirarubicin Chemohyperthermia on elderly patients with advanced bladder cancer. Methods Fifty-six elderly patients with advanced bladder cancer from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and divided into control group and study group,patients in control group were given conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy,and patients in study group were given pirarubicin Chemohyperthermia on the basis of control group. The short-term efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions after 1 month’s treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate in study group was 82. 1% ,which was much higher than that in control group(53. 8% ,P <0. 05). The rate of clinical improvement in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse events of the two group had no significant difference(P > 0. 05). Conclusions The clinical effect of conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy plus pirarubicin chemohyperthermia on elderly patients with advanced bladder carcinoma is high,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,it is worthy of clinical application.
