前臂血管舒张功能与平板运动试验变量的关系研究
Relationship between muscle vasodilatation and cardiovascular response during the treadmill exercise test
摘要目的 评估可疑冠心病及无症状的体检者平板运动试验心血管反应变量与运动介导的前臂血管舒张功能之间的关系.方法 396例行平板运动试验者(男165例,女231例),记录试验组心率变时性储备、心率恢复值、血压(最大收缩压和舒张压)和运动能力.同时测量等长握力试验时前臂血流量及血管反应.结果 前臂血流量增加与平板运动心率恢复值呈正相关;前臂血管电导值增加与平板运动试验时舒张压呈负相关;运动能力和运动肌肉血管舒张无相关性.结论 运动介导的肌肉血管舒张与心率有关,运动时前臂血流量增加与运动能力无关.表明良好的血流动力学和心率变时性储备与血管舒张功能有关,但运动能力不能预测肌肉血管舒张功能.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the relationship between cardiovascular responses during the treadmill exercise test and exercise-induced muscle vasodilatation in individuals with suspected coronary heart disease and asymptomatic individuals.Methods The study included 396 subjects (231 females and 165 males) treadmill exercise test.We evaluated the heart rate (chronotropic reserve and heart rate recovery),blood pressure (maximum systolic and diastolic blood pressure) and exercise capacity during treadmill exercise testing.At the same time,measurement of forearm blood flow and vascular response during isometric handgrip test.Results Forearm blood flow increase during the handgrip exercise was positively correlated with heart rate recovery during treadmill exercise testing.The increasement of forearm vascular conductance during the handgrip exercise was negatively correlated with exercise diastolic blood pressure during exercise treadmill testing.No significant association was found between exercise capacity and exercise-induced muscle vasodilation.Conclusions Exercise-induced muscle vasodilatation is correlated with heart rate and blood pressure responses during treadmill exercise testing,but is not correlated with exercise capacity.These findings suggest that favorable hemodynamic and chronotropic responses are correlated with better vasodilator capacity,but exercise capacity does not predict muscle vasodilatation.
