摘要目的 探讨近7年来氨曲南引起不良反应的特点和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 以"氨曲南"、"不良反应"为关键词,检索中国期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)2010年至2017年收录的氨曲南不良反应,按纳入与排除标准共纳入31篇文献,涉及41例病例,对患者资料进行提取与统计分析.结果 近年来关于氨曲南的不良反应报道较少,氨曲南的不良反应累及器官系统主要有皮肤及附件、血液系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、精神和神经系统、肌肉骨骼系统,涉及范围较广,但主要表现为过敏性反应.结论 氨曲南在临床应用时应注意不良反应的发生,加强药学监护,确保患者用药安全.

abstractsObjective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse reactions in-duced by aztreonam in recent 7 years, and provide reference for clinical rational drug use . Methods Using "aztreonam","adverse reaction" as the key words to research the adverse reaction in the southern Chinese Journal Network full text database (CNKI) from 2010 to 2017, a total of 31 docu-ments were included in 41 cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria , the data of the patients were extracted and analyzed .Results In recent years , there were few reports about the adverse reac-tions of aztreonam .The adverse reactions of aztreonam involved organ system , including skin and ap-pendages , blood system , respiratory system , digestive system , mental system , nervous system and mus-culoskeletal system , it included a wide range , but it was mainly characterized by anaphylaxis . Conclusions In the clinical application of aztreonam , we should pay attention to the occurrence of ad-verse reactions, strengthen the pharmaceutical care and ensure the safety of the patients .
