摘要目的 探讨躯干控制训练干预对脑卒中患者运动能力的影响.方法 选择2015年6月至2017年11月在运城市中心医院治疗的102例脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组51例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在其基础上辅以躯干控制训练,比较两组躯干功能、运动功能以及日常生活能力.结果 治疗后,观察组躯干损伤能力量表(TIS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、躯干控制能力测试(TCT)以及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常生活能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对脑卒中患者在常规康复治疗的基础上采用躯干控制训练,可有效缓解功能障碍,利于提高日常生活能力.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effect of trunk control training intervention on stroke patients .Methods A total of 102 stroke patients who were treated in the Central Hospital of Yuncheng from June 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group .The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation , and the observation group was supplemented by the trunk control training on the basis of the control group .The trunk function , motor function and daily life ability of the two groups was compared .Results After treatment, the scores of TIS, BBS, TCT and FMA in observation group were higher than those in control group ( P<0.05) , and the daily living ability of observation group was better than that of control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Trunk control training based on routine rehabilitation therapy for stroke patients can effectively relieve the dysfunction and improve the daily living ability .
