摘要目的 探究骨化三醇联合鲑鱼降钙素对肾性骨病患者血清生化指标水平的影响.方法 遵照单双号法将舞钢市人民医院2012年11月至2017年11月收治的80例肾性骨病患者分为单一组与联合组,每组40例.两组均接受肾性骨病基础治疗,单一组另给予骨化三醇治疗,联合组给予骨化三醇联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗,比较两组疗效与治疗前后血清生化指标变化情况、不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,单一组与联合组治疗总有效率分别为65.00％、87.50％,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血钙与甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平均升高(P<0.05),血磷水平降低(P<0.05),且联合组变化幅度大于单一组(P<0.05),单一组治疗后钙磷乘积升高(P<0.05),联合组治疗后钙磷乘积降低(P<0.05);治疗后,单一组与联合组总不良反应发生率分别为12.5％、17.5％,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 应用骨化三醇联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗肾性骨病可明显改善患者血钙、血磷、PTH水平,疗效优于单独应用骨化三醇治疗.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effects of calcitriol combined with salmon calcitonin on serum biochemical indexes in patients with renal osteopathy .Methods Eighty patients with renal osteopathy admitted to the People 's Hospital of Wugang from November 2012 to November 2017 were evenly divided into single group and combined group according to the single and double number method . The two groups were given basic treatment for renal osteopathy , and patients in single group were given calcitriol , and patients in combined group were given calcitriol combined with salmon calcitonin .The efficacy , the serum biochemical indexes before and after treatment , and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups .Results After treatment , the total effective rate in single group and combined group was 65.00％ and 87.50％, respectively , and there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05 ) .After treatment , the levels of serum calcium and parathyroid hormone ( PTH) were significantly increased in the two groups ( P<0.05) , while the blood phosphorus level was significantly decreased ( P<0.05 ) , and the changes in combined group were significantly greater than those in single group ( P<0.05 ); and the calcium-phosphorus product was significantly increased in single group after treatment (P<0.05), an it was significantly reduced in combined group after treatment (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the total incidence of adverse reaction in single group and combined group was 12.5％and 17.5％, respectively , and the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05 ) . Conclusions Calcitriol combined with salmon calcitonin for renal osteopathy can significantly improve the levels of serum calcium , phosphorus and PTH , and its efficacy is superior to that of calcitriol alone .
