摘要目的 探讨16排多层螺旋CT在隐匿性骨折中的诊断价值.方法 选择福建中医药大学附属泉州市正骨医院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的拟诊隐匿性骨折患者58例为研究对象,患者均行常规X线检查和16排多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查,以最终临床诊断结果为准,对两种检查方式的诊断准确率、特异度、敏感度进行观察.结果 58例患者中,经临床诊断结果确诊49例,其他9例;16排MSCT检查的诊断准确率、特异度、敏感度为93.10％、88.89％、93.88％,高于X线检查(82.76％、66.67％、73.47％),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 16排多层螺旋CT在隐匿性骨折中具有较高的诊断准确率,其诊断价值较常规X线检查高,值得推广.

abstractsObjective To investigate the diagnostic value of 16 row multi-slice spiral CT in occult fracture .Methods A total of 58 patients with occult fracture in Quanzhou Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospitial of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medicine University from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects .The patients were examined by routine X-ray examination and 16 row multi-slice spiral CT ( MSCT ) .The results of the final operation were accurate , and the diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of the two kinds of examination methods were observed .Results Of the 58 patients , 49 cases were confirmed by the operation , and 9 cases by others , The diagnostic accuracy , specificity and sensitivity of the 16 detector row MSCT were 93.10％, 88.89％and 93.88％, Which were higher than those of X-ray examination (82.76％, 66.67％and 73.47％) , the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The 16 row multislice spiral CT has higher diagnostic accuracy in occult fracture , and its diagnostic value is higher than conventional X-ray examination , which is worth promoting .
