摘要目的 探讨间苯三酚联合妇产科电脑综合治疗仪在人工流产术中的应用价值.方法 选取阳泉市妇幼保健院妇产科2015年9月至2017年11月所收治的行人工流产术患者128例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组64例,对照组采用电脑综合治疗仪行人工流产术,观察组在此基础上联合间苯三酚,对两组患者的镇痛效果、宫颈软化程度进行评估分析.结果 观察组患者宫颈软化率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者镇痛有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 人工流产手术中应用电脑综合治疗仪联合间苯三酚,可有效促进宫颈软化,有利于降低患者疼痛程度,对于保证手术的顺利进行,促进患者术后尽快恢复具有十分积极的作用,值得临床推广应用.

abstractsObjective To explore the application value of gynecology computer comprehensive therapeutic instrument combined with phloroglucinol in artificial abortion.Methods In the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yangquan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2015 to November 2017,128 patients undergoing artificial abortion were randomized into observation and control groups.In the control group,abortion was only performed by gynecology computer comprehensive therapeutic instrument,on this basis,the observation group was combined with benzene phenol,the analgesic effect and the degree of cervical softening were evaluated and analyzed in the two groups.Results The cervical softening rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The analgesic efficacy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Application of gynecology computer comprehensive therapy instrument in abortion surgery combined with Phloroglucinol,can effectively promote cervical softening,help to reduce the degree of pain in patients,it plays an active role in ensuring the smooth operation and promoting the recovery of patients as soon as possible and it is worthy of clinical application.
