微种植支抗钉结合镍钛拉簧压低伸长磨牙的临床效果
Clinical effect of micro implant anchorage nail combined with nickel-titanium extension spring on lowering elongation grinding teeth
摘要目的:探讨微种植支抗钉结合镍钛拉簧压低伸长磨牙的有效性和安全性。方法:抽取大同市第五医院2016年3月至2019年4月治疗的90例上颌第一磨牙伸长的患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。观察组48例采用正畸片段弓压低法治疗,对照组42例采用微种植支抗钉结合镍钛拉簧压低法治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的压低时间、压如深度及疼痛情况。结果:观察组干预后的压入深度和压低时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:微种植支抗钉结合镍钛拉簧压低伸长磨牙较正畸片段弓压低磨牙的疗程短,且患者痛苦少。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of micro implant anchorage nail combined with nickel-titanium extension spring on lowering elongation grinding teeth.Methods:Ninety patients with maxillary first molar extension from March 2016 to April 2019 in the Fifth Hospital of Datong were selected as observation subjects. According to different treatment methods, the observation subjects were divided into observation group and control group. Forty-eight patients in the observation group were treated with orthodontic segmental arch reduction, and 42 patients in the control group were treated with micro-dosing anti-nail and nickel-titanium tension spring. The depression time, pressure, depth and pain after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The indentation depth and depression time in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group ( P<0.05). The pain level in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The micro implant anchorage nail combined with nickel-titanium extension spring has a shorter period treatment than orthodontic segmental arch reduction. The patient has less pain and is worth learning.
