摘要目的:分析真菌变应原在哮喘合并鼻炎老年患者中的表达及相关性。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年10月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八五医院收治的哮喘和(或)鼻炎老年患者44例，根据病情分为哮喘组13例、鼻炎组15例与哮喘合并鼻炎组16例。采用荧光酶联免疫法检测各组患者血清真菌特异性变应原IgE(sIgE)和总IgE(tIgE)含量，并分析真菌变应原与哮喘合并鼻炎老年患者的相关性。结果:哮喘合并鼻炎组中，真菌sIgE阳性3例，阴性13例；哮喘组中，真菌sIgE阳性2例，阴性11例；鼻炎组中，真菌sIgE阳性1例，阴性14例。三组sIgE(m 3)、sIgE(m 5)、sIgE(m 11)、tIgE水平两两比较，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；且哮喘合并鼻炎组患者sIgE(m 3)、sIgE(m 5)、sIgE(m 11)、tIgE水平高于鼻炎组、哮喘组( P<0.05)。真菌变应原sIgE、tIgE水平与哮喘合并鼻炎呈正相关( P<0.05)。 结论:真菌变应原在哮喘合并鼻炎老年患者中为高表达，且真菌变应原血清sIgE、tIgE指标与哮喘合并鼻炎呈正相关。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the expression of fungal allergen in elderly patients with asthma complicated by rhinitis, and its correlation with occurrence of the disease.Methods:A total of 44 elderly patients with asthma and (or) rhinitis treated in the 985th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, from January 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled and divided into three groups according to the disease types, asthma group ( n=13), rhinitis group ( n=15) and asthma-rhinitis group ( n=16). The contents of serum immunoglobin E (sIgE) and total immunoglobin E (tIgE) of fungal allergen of each group were detected by fluorescent enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Correlation of fungal allergen with occurrence of asthma complicated with rhinitis was analyzed. Results:In asthma-rhinitis group, there were 3 cases sIgE positive and 13 cases sIgE negative. In asthma group, there were 2 cases sIgE positive and 11 cases sIgE negative. In rhinitis group, there were 1 case sIgE positive and 14 cases sIgE negative. The levels of sIgE (m 3), sIgE (m 5), sIgE (m 11) and tIgE had significant difference in pairwise comparisons of the three groups ( P<0.05). The levels of sIgE (m 3), sIgE (m 5), sIgE (m 11) and tIgE in asthma-rhinitis group were higher than those in rhinitis group and asthma group ( P<0.05). The levels of sIgE and tIgE of fungal allergens were positively correlated with asthma complicated with rhinitis ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Fungal allergens highly express in elderly patients with asthma complicated by rhinitis; moreover, the levels of sIgE and tIgE are positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
