摘要目的:探讨桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊配合鼻腔冲洗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者行功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术预后的影响。方法:抽取2014年5月至2017年3月山西省人民医院收治的104例CRS患者为研究对象，根据住院顺序分为对照组与桉柠蒎组，均予以功能性鼻窦内窥镜术治疗。术后对照组予以鼻腔冲洗，桉柠蒎组予以桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊配合鼻腔冲洗，两组患者均治疗8周。术后随访3个月，评估其疗效及术腔黏膜、临床症状改善情况，记录术腔黏膜上皮化时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组总有效率为76.9%(40/52)，低于桉柠蒎组的92.3%(48/52)，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。治疗后，桉柠蒎组的鼻黏膜、临床症状评分依次为(9.7±1.8)分、(7.4±1.6)分，均低于对照组的(13.5±3.4)分、(12.6±2.5)分( P<0.05)。桉柠蒎组术腔黏膜上皮化时间<4周、4～8周、8～12周、>12周构成比优于对照组( P<0.05)；且两组均未出现不良反应。 结论:桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊配合鼻腔冲洗可显著提高CRS功能性鼻窦内窥镜患者的手术疗效，促进术腔鼻黏膜功能恢复，有效缓解临床症状，促进疾病康复。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the effects of limonene and pinene enteric capsules combined with nasal irrigation on the prognosis of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:A total of 104 patients with CRS hospitalized in the Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2014 to March 2017 were selected as research objects. And they were divided into control group and combined group according to the order of admission. All subjects were treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery. After surgery, patients in the control group were treated with nasal irrigation, and patients in the combined group were treated with limonene and pinene enteric capsules combined with nasal irrigation. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. And all patients were followed up for 3 months after surgery to evaluate the curative effect, improvement of the mucosa in surgical cavity and clinical symptoms. The epithelialization time of mucosa in surgical cavity and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The total effective rate in the control group was 76.9%(40/52), significantly lower than the 92.3%(48/52) in the combined group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the nasal mucosa and clinical symptom scores in the combined group (9.7±1.8, 7.4±1.6) were significantly lower than those in the control group (13.5±3.4, 12.6±2.5), P<0.05. The constituent ratios of the mucosal epithelialization time < 4 weeks, 4-8 weeks, 8-12 weeks, and >12 weeks in the combined group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions in either group. Conclusions:Limonene and pinene enteric capsules combined with nasal irrigation can significantly improve the effects of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with CRS, promote the recovery of nasal mucosa function, effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and promote recovery.
