上皮性卵巢癌患者血清FOLR1、Smac水平与临床病理特征的关系

Relationship between serum FOLR1 and Smac levels and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer

摘要目的:分析上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)患者血清叶酸受体1(FOLR1)、第2个线粒体衍生的半胱氨酸蛋白酶激活剂(Smac)水平与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:抽取2018年1月至2021年1月驻马店市中心医院收治的EOC患者90例作为恶性组,及同期卵巢良性肿瘤患者90例作为良性组,比较两组血清FOLR1、Smac水平和恶性组不同临床病理特征血清FOLR1、Smac水平,分析血清FOLR1、Smac水平和临床病理特征的相关性。结果:恶性组血清FOLR1水平高于良性组,血清Smac水平低于良性组( P<0.05);浆液性囊腺癌、国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、组织分化程度低中分化、腹水细胞学阳性、存在淋巴结转移患者血清FOLR1水平较高,且FIGO分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、组织分化程度低中分化、存在淋巴结转移患者血清Smac水平较低( P<0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,FOLR1和FIGO分期( r=0.674)、淋巴结转移( r=0.703)呈正相关,和组织分化程度( r=-0.598)呈负相关,Smac和FIGO分期( r=-0.612)、淋巴结转移( r=-0.587)呈负相关,和组织分化程度( r=0.649)呈正相关( P<0.05)。 结论:EOC患者血清FOLR1表达水平较高,Smac水平较低,且不同临床病理特征中患者血清FOLR1、Smac水平表达情况存在差异,与FIGO分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移存在明显相关性,能为临床诊疗和疾病评估提供科学参考。

abstractsObjective:To analyze the relationship between serum folate receptor 1 (FOLR1) and second mitochondria-derived activator of caspases (Smac) levels and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC).Methods:A total of 90 patients with EOC in the Zhumadian Central Hospital From January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the malignant group, and 90 patients with benign ovarian tumors during the same period were selected as the benign group. The serum FOLR1 and Smac levels between the two groups were compard, the serum FOLR1 and Smac levels with different clinicopathological characteristics in the malignant group were compared. The correlation between serum FOLR1, Smac levels and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.Results:The level of serum FOLR1 in malignant group was higher than that in benign group, and the level of serum Smac was lower than that in benign group ( P<0.05). Serum FOLR1 level was higher in patients with serous cystadenocarcinoma, FIGO stage III-IV, low to moderate differentiation, positive peritoneal cytology and lymph node metastasis. And the serum Smac level was lower in patients with FIGO stage III-IV, low to moderate differentiation and lymph node metastasis ( P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that FOLR1 was positively correlated with FIGO stage ( r=0.674) and lymph node metastasis ( r=0.703), and negatively correlated with tissue differentiation ( r=- 0.598). Smac was negatively correlated with FIGO stage ( r=- 0.612) and lymph node metastasis ( r=- 0.587), and positively correlated with tissue differentiation ( r=0.649), P<0.05. Conclusions:The expression level of serum FOLR1 in EOC patients is higher, and the level of Smac is lower. There are differences in the expression of serum FOLR1 and Smac in patients with different clinicopathological characteristics, which are obviously related to FIGO staging, degree of tissue differentiation, and lymph node metastasis, which can provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment and disease evaluation.
