摘要目的:探讨髋关节外科脱位入路治疗Pipkin骨折合并髋臼盂唇损伤的临床效果。方法:抽取2016年8月至2019年10月长治市北大医疗潞安医院收治的Pipkin骨折合并髋臼盂唇损伤患者66例，采用髋关节外科脱位入路手术治疗。统计手术效果及患者手术复位满意度。结果:治疗优良率为89.39%(59/66)。患者手术复位满意度为98.48%(65/66)。结论:髋关节外科脱位入路治疗Pipkin骨折合并髋臼盂唇损伤效果良好，患者满意度高。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the effect of surgical dislocation of the hip in the treatment of Pipkin fracture combined with acetabular labrum injury.Methods:A total of 66 patients with Pipkin fracture and acetabular labrum injury who were admitted to Changzhi Peking University Medical Lu’an Hospital from August 2016 to October 2019 were selected and treated with surgical dislocation of the hip. The results of the operation and the satisfaction of patients with surgical reduction were counted.Results:The excellent and good treatment rate was 89.39% (59/66). The patients’ satisfaction with surgical reduction was 98.48% (65/66).Conclusions:The surgical dislocation of the hip is effective in the treatment of Pipkin fracture with acetabular labrum injury, and patient satisfaction is high.
