摘要目的:比较Straub血栓清除系统和人工血栓抽吸治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:抽取2019年5月至2021年5月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者80例，按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，每组40例。对照组采用人工血栓抽吸法进行治疗，研究组采用Straub血栓清除系统进行治疗。比较两组疗效、血栓清除情况、下肢消肿情况、D-二聚体(D-D)水平、患-健侧周径差及静脉瓣功能。结果:研究组总有效率(97.50%，39/40)高于对照组(80.00%，32/40)， P<0.05；研究组血栓清除情况、下肢消肿情况均优于对照组( P均<0.05)；治疗后，研究组D-D和患-健侧周径差均低于对照组( P均<0.05)；研究组静脉瓣功能优于对照组( P<0.05)。 结论:与人工血栓抽吸相比，Straub血栓清除系统治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成效果显著，可提高血栓清除率，改善下肢肿胀情况，并可调节D-D水平，减小患-健侧周径差，改善静脉瓣功能。

abstractsObjective:To compare the effect of Straub thrombectomy versus artificial thrombus aspiration on patients with acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by artificial thrombus aspiration, and the study group was treated by the Straub thrombectomy. The curative effect, thrombus clearance, lower limb detumescence, D-dimer (D-D) level, peripheral diameter difference between affected and healthy sides, and venous valve function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group (97.50%, 39/40) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%, 32/40), P<0.05. The thrombus clearance and lower limb detumescence in the study group were better than those in the control group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the D-D and peripheral diameter difference between the affected and healthy side of the study group were lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). The venous valve function of the study group was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with artificial thrombus aspiration, the Straub thrombectomy is effective in treating acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis, which can increase the thrombus clearance rate, improve the lower limb swelling, adjust the expression of D-D, improve the diameter difference between the affected and healthy side, and improve the function of the venous valve.
