摘要目的:探讨铝镁二甲硅油咀嚼片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗活动期胃溃疡的效果和安全性。方法:抽取2016年8月至2020年8月河南大学直属郑州颐和医院收治的活动期胃溃疡患者72例，按随机数字表法分为联合用药组(36例)与单一用药组(36例)，单一用药组采用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片，联合用药组在单一用药组基础上采用铝镁二甲硅油咀嚼片。比较两组治疗效果，溃疡改善情况，再生黏膜组织成熟度，血清炎性因子水平包括肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)，不良反应发生率。结果:联合用药组总有效率为97.22%(35/36)，高于单一用药组的77.78%(28/36)， P<0.05；联合用药组溃疡面愈合时间和治疗后溃疡长径短于单一用药组( P<0.05)；联合用药组再生黏膜组织成熟度优于单一用药组( P<0.05)；治疗后，联合用药组血清TNF-α、IL-8水平低于单一用药组( P<0.05)；联合用药组不良反应发生率为11.11%(4/36)，高于单一用药组的5.56%(2/36)， P>0.05。 结论:铝镁二甲硅油咀嚼片联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗活动期胃溃疡可提高治疗效果，改善溃疡情况，减轻炎性反应、抑制炎症活动，提高再生黏膜组织成熟度，且未明显增加不良反应，具有安全性。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of alumina, magnesia and dimethicone chewable tablets combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets on patients with active gastric ulcer.Methods:A total of 72 patients with active gastric ulcer in Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital Directly Under Henan University from August 2016 to August 2020 were selected and divided into combination medication group (36 cases) and single medication group (36 cases) according to the random number table method. The single medication group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets, the combination medication group was treated with alumina, magnesia and dimethicone chewable tablets on the basis of the single medication group. The efficacy, ulcer improvement, maturity of regenerated mucosal tissue, serum inflammatory factor levels including tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combination medication group was 97.22% (35/36), which was higher than 77.78% (28/36) of the single medication group ( P<0.05). The healing time of the ulcer surface and the long diameter of the ulcer after treatment in the combination medication group were shorter than those in the single medication group ( P<0.05). The maturity of regenerated mucosal tissue in the combination medication group was better than that in the single medication group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-8 in the combination medication group were lower than those in the single medication group ( P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined medication group was 11.11% (4/36), which was higher than 5.56% (2/36) in the single medication group, P>0.05. Conclusions:Alumina, magnesia and dimethicone chewable tablets combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of active gastric ulcers can improve the efficacy, improve ulcers, reduce inflammatory reactions, inhibit inflammation, and improve the maturity of regenerated mucosal tissue. There is no significant increase in adverse reactions, and it is safe.
