摘要目的:探讨润肺平喘汤加减治疗痰湿蕴肺型小儿慢性咳嗽对患儿气道重建、中医症候积分的影响。方法:抽取洛阳市妇幼保健院2021年4月至2022年11月收治的痰湿蕴肺型慢性咳嗽患儿86例，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组43例。对照组予以孟鲁司特钠治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上予以润肺平喘汤加减治疗，两组均治疗2周。比较两组治疗前、治疗2周后中医症候积分、炎症反应、免疫球蛋白、肺功能。结果:治疗2周后，两组咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、脘胀、纳差评分，血清白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组( P<0.05)。治疗2周后，两组血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、用力肺活量第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰流速水平高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组( P<0.05)。 结论:润肺平喘汤加减治疗痰湿蕴肺型小儿慢性咳嗽可改善患儿中医证候，提高其肺功能，这可能与其调节细胞免疫功能、炎症反应有关。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the influence of modified Runfei Pingchuan decoction on airway reconstruction and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome symptom score in children with chronic cough of phlegm dampness accumulation lung type.Methods:Eighty-six children with chronic cough of phlegm dampness accumulation lung type admitted to Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to November 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium, and the observation group was treated with modified Runfei Pingchuan decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, inflammatory response, immunoglobulin and lung function were compared between the two groups before and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:Compared with those before treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome (cough, sputum, chest tightness, bloating, and anorexia) and the serum levels of inflammation factors (interleukin-6, C-reactive protein and procalcitonin), in the two groups decreased after 2 weeks of treatment ( P<0.05); and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 2 week of treatment ( P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M, forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in 1 second and peak expiratory flow rate in the two groups increased, and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Modified Runfei Pingchuan decoction can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and lung function of children with chronic cough of phlegm dampness accumulation lung type, which may be related to the regulation of cellular immune function and inflammatory response.
