摘要目的:比较关节镜下半月板修补缝合术与关节镜下半月板成形术治疗急性创伤性膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果。方法:抽取2021年2月至2023年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的急性创伤性膝关节半月板损伤患者92例，依据手术方式分为研究组(47例，行关节镜下半月板修补缝合术治疗)和对照组(45例，行关节镜下半月板成形术治疗)。比较两组手术时间、术后开始功能锻炼时间、术后住院时间、膝关节视觉模拟评分(VAS)、本体感觉功能指标、国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)评分和Lysholm评分评估的膝关节功能、发症发生率。结果:研究组手术时间、术后开始功能锻炼时间、术后住院时间短于对照组( P<0.05)。术后3个月，研究组膝关节VAS评分少于对照组( P<0.05)，研究组本体感觉功能指标低于对照组( P<0.05)，研究组IKDC、Lysholm评分高于对照组( P<0.05)。研究组并发症率(4.26%，2/47)低于对照组(20.00%，9/45)，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:相比关节镜下半月板成形术，关节镜下半月板修补缝合术治疗急性创伤性膝关节半月板损伤能缩减手术时间、术后开始功能锻炼时间及术后住院时间，减轻疼痛，加快膝关节本体感觉及功能恢复，且并发症发生率低。

abstractsObjective:To compare the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic meniscal suture and arthroscopic meniscoplasty in the treatment of acute traumatic knee meniscus injury.Methods:Ninety-two patients with acute traumatic knee meniscus injury admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected, and they were divided into the study group (47 cases, treated by arthroscopic meniscal suture) and the control group (45 cases, treated by arthroscopic meniscoplasty) according to surgery procedure. The duration of surgery, time of the first functional exercise after surgery, postoperative hospital stay, knee visual analogue scale (VAS) score, knee joint proprioception functional measurement, knee function assessed by the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) score and Lysholm score, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:The duration of surgery, time of first functional exercise after surgery and postoperative hospital stay in study group were shorter than those in control group ( P<0.05). The study group had lower VAS scores compared with the control group 3 months after surgery ( P<0.05). The knee joint proprioceptive function indexes in study group were lower than those in control group 3 months after surgery ( P<0.05). The scores of IKDC and Lysholm in study group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group (4.20%, 2/47) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%, 9/45), P<0.05. Conclusions:Compare with arthroscopic meniscoplasty, arthroscopic meniscal suture for acute traumatic knee meniscus injuries can shorten the duration of surgery, time of the first postoperative functional exercise and postoperative hospital stay. Moreover, it can alleviate pain, and accelerate the recovery of proprioception and function of the knee, with a low rate of complications.
