摘要目的:比较固定式和可摘式间隙保持器在儿童牙列缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:前瞻性抽取2020年3月至2022年6月在平顶山市第二人民医院进行修复的60例牙列缺损患儿作为研究对象，根据随机数字数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组予以固定式间隙保持器，观察组予以可摘式间隙保持器，比较两组临床疗效、牙齿功能恢复状况、牙齿固定评分、软垢指数、牙菌斑附着指数及咀嚼功能。结果:观察组临床总有效率(96.67%，29/30)高于对照组(76.67%，23/30)， P<0.05。修复后，两组牙齿功能恢复状况较修复前显著改善( P<0.05)，观察组舒适、语言度以及美观评分均优于对照组( P均<0.05)。修复后，两组牙齿固定评分、牙菌斑附着指数及软垢指数较修复前均改善( P<0.05)，且观察组软垢指数、牙菌斑附着指数低于对照组( P<0.05)，牙齿固定评分高于对照组( P<0.05)。修复后，两组咀嚼功能较修复前显著提升( P<0.05)，且观察组的咀嚼效率、咬合力高于对照组( P<0.05)。 结论:应用可摘式间隙保持器修复牙列缺损患儿疗效确切，能有效促进牙齿功能恢复，提高咀嚼功能，且牙齿美观度高。

abstractsObjective:To compare the application effect of fixed and removable space maintainers in repair of dentition defects in children.Methods:A total of 60 children who underwent restoration of dentition defects in the Second People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected ad research objects prospectively. And they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given a fixed space maintainer, while the observation group was given a removable space maintainer. The clinical efficacy, tooth function recovery status, tooth fixation score, soft plaque index, dental plaque attachment index and chewing function of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group (96.67%, 29/30) was higher than that of the control group (76.67%, 23/30), P<0.05. After restoration. The tooth function recovery status of both groups were improved significantly compared with status before restoration ( P<0.05), moreover, the comfort, speech, and aesthetic scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (all P<0.05). After restoration, the tooth fixation score, dental plaque attachment index, and soft plaque index of both groups were improved compared with the indexes before restoration ( P<0.05); the soft plaque index and dental plaque attachment index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05), while the tooth fixation score was higher than that of the control group after restoration ( P<0.05). The chewing function of both groups was improved significantly after restoration ( P<0.05); after restoration, the chewing efficiency and bite force of the observation group were higher compared with the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of removable space maintainers have definite effects in restoration of dentition defects in children. It can effectively promote the restoration of tooth function, improve the masticatory function, and improve the aesthetic degree of teeth.
