摘要美国风湿病学会（American College of Rheumatology，ACR）联合美国髋关节和膝关节外科医师协会（American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons，AAHKS）的专家小组于2022年6月更新了《风湿性疾病患者择期全髋或全膝关节置换术围手术期抗风湿类药物管理指南》，特别对靶向合成改善病情抗风湿药的应用及系统性红斑狼疮患者的围手术期用药管理进行了更新，同时增加了新获批的抗风湿类药物应用建议。本文对该指南的相关内容进行解读，为我国风湿性疾病患者全髋或全膝关节置换术的围手术期抗风湿类药物管理提供参考。

abstractsThe American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) convened a writing group to develop a consensus report on the management of anti-rheumatic medication in patients with rheumatic diseases undergoing elective total hip or total knee arthroplasty in June 2022. In particular, the consensus provides significant updates on target synthetic disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs and perioperative medication management in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, as well as the addition of newly approved antirheumatic medications for administration. This article will interpret the consensus and provide a reference for the perioperative management of antirheumatic medications for hip and knee arthroplasty in patients with rheumatic diseases in China.
