摘要凋亡相关斑点样蛋白(ASC)即是一种含胱天蛋白募集域(CARD)和热蛋白样结构域(PYD)的蛋白质.PYD和CARD是同源的蛋白-蛋白相互作用结构域,并在ASC的寡聚化中起着非常重要的作用.ASC的表达可以被IL-1α、IL-1β、IFN-α、IFN-γ、TNF-α和LPS暂时性地上调,与热蛋白Pyrin关系密切,并参与多条信号转导途径,可与多种因子发生相互作用.ASC可以利用其特定的结构域在细胞凋亡、炎症介导、免疫调节以及肿瘤形成等方面均发挥重要作用.

abstractsApoptosis-associated speck-like protein ( ASC), is an adaptor protein that is composed of two do-mains, a caspase recruitment domain(CARD) ,and a PYRIN domain(PYD). Both the PYD and CARD of ASC are homophilic protein-protein interaction domains and play an important role in the oligomerzation of ASC. ASC expression can be transiently up-regulated by IL-1α, IL-1 β, IFN-α, IFN-γ, TNF-α, and LPS.ASC participates in several signal transduction pathways. ASC has intimate relationship with Pyrin, and in-teracts with diverse factors. With its special domain, ASC plays a critical role in apoptosis, inflammation,immunological regulation and tumorigenesis.
