摘要目的 探讨中文版活动步态指数(DGI)在老年人跌倒风险评估中应用的信效度.方法 采用便利抽样,对成都市两所老年院中的200名老年人采用DGI进行评估,对其信效度进行检验.结果 总量表的Cornbach α为0.959,分半信度系数为0.951,重测信度为0.758.各条目得分与量表总分的相关系数为0.729～0.919;因子分析共提取了1个公因子,方差贡献率为71.899％,项目因子负荷值为0.710～0.922;跌倒组得分低于无跌倒组,差异具有统计学意义;效标关联效度为0.937.结论 中文版活动步态指数具有良好的信度及效度,可在我国老年人跌倒风险评估中推广应用.

abstractsObjective To test the reliability and validity of the Dynamic Gait Index-Chinese version.Methods Using convenience sampling method to assess 200 elderly people with DGI,and evaluate the reliability and validity of DGI.Results The Cornbach's α was 0.959,the Guttman split-half coefficient was 0.951 and the test-retest reliability was 0.758.The correlation coefficients between each item with the total score ranged form 0.729 to 0.919.The factor analysis indicated the DGI was composed of 1 factor,which could explain 71.899％ of total variance; the factor loading valued from 0.710 to 0.922; the score of the fall group was lower than that of the non-fall group,the difference was statistically significant,the criterion-related validity was 0.937.Conclusions The Chinese version of DGI has good reliability and validity,it can be used as a valid tool for the assessment of elderly people's falling risk.
