摘要目的：对英文版照顾者准备度量表（CPS）进行汉化，并评价其中文版在脑卒中照顾者中的信效度。方法对CPS源量表进行翻译、文化调适、修订，使用中文版CPS对176例脑卒中照顾者进行调查，并对测定结果进行信效度分析。结果中文版CPS的Cronbachα系数为0.925（P<0.01），量表的分半信度系数为0.864（P<0.01），重测信度为0.807（P<0.01）。效度分析显示，各条目得分与总分的相关系数在0.706～0.839（P<0.01）；探索性因子分析共提取了1个公因子，累积贡献率为61.647%，且各条目的因子载荷均>0.4。结论中文版CPS具有良好的信效度，可以用其评价脑卒中患者的照顾者准备度。

abstractsObjective The research aimed to translate the English version of the Caregiver Preparedness Scale (CPS) into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CPS in caregivers of stroke survivors. Methods Totally 176 stroke survivors and their caregivers were recruited and were investigated by the Chinese version of CPS. Results The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of CPS was 0.925;the test-retest reliability was 0.807 (P<0.01). Factor analysis got one factor, which explained 61.647% of the total variance. The factor loading of each item was>0.4. Conclusions The Chinese version of CPS has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of caregiver preparedness in caregivers of stroke survivors.
