摘要实验教学是树立学生创新意识,培养和提高学生基本实践技能、综合能力和创新能力的关键环节.本文介绍了蚌埠医学院在新医改背景下,以学生就业和行业发展为导向,组织、实施医学检验技能大赛,提高医学检验技术专业实践教学能力,强化学生职业技能训练,探索符合社会和时代需求的医学检验技术专业人才的培养模式,并对医学检验技能大赛中存在的问题进行思考与改进.
