摘要1例36岁男性患者因尖锐湿疣给予重组人干扰素-α1b(RH-IFN-α1b)50 μg肌内注射,隔日1次.第1次注射后约6 h患者出现高热及肌痛,饮用热水,卧床休息,约8 h后症状消失.第2~4次注射该药后未出现不适.第5次注射该药后约5 min,患者出现黑矇、烦躁、胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难、血压降低、脉搏与呼吸频率增快及颈面躯干红斑风团等症状,诊断为过敏性休克、急性重症荨麻疹.平卧、吸氧并抗过敏治疗40 min后上述症状消失.第6次注射RH-IFN-α1b后即刻再次出现乏力、黑矇、胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难,约30 min后出现大便失禁及躯干部红斑风团.停用RH-IFN-α1b并给予抗过敏治疗,3 d后上述症状完全消失.

abstractsA 36-year-old male patient with condyloma acuminatum received intramuscular injection of recombinant human interferon-α1b (RH-IFN-α1b) 50 μg once every two days.Six hours after the first injection, the patient developed high fiver and muscle pain.The symptoms disappeared about 8 hours later after going to bed and drinking hot water.He had no discomfort after the second to the fourth injection.About 5 minutes after the fifth injection, the patient developed amaurosis, irritability, chest tightness, palpitations, dyspnea, decreased blood pressure, increased pulse rate and respiratory rate, erythema and wheal in his trunk and face, and etc.He was diagnosed with anaphylactic shock and severe acute urticaria.He received the treatments of in horizontal position, oxygen inhalation, and anti-allergic medicine.Forty minutes later, the above-mentioned symptoms disappeared.Weakness, amaurosis, chest tightness, palpitations, and dyspnea recurred immediately at the 6th injection of RH-IFN-1b, and fecal incontinence and erythematous wheal appeared on the trunk 30 minutes later.RH-IFN-1b was stopped and the anti-allergic therapy was given.Three days later, the above-mentioned symptoms totally disappeared.
