摘要目的 探讨阿奇霉素在小儿静脉滴注时药品不良反应(ADR)的护理方法.方法 用阿奇霉素静脉滴注患儿180例,对其不良反应进行临床观察和护理.结果 本组共发生ADR51例次,不良反应率为28.3%;其中＜1岁19例,1～3岁14例,3～7岁11例,7～14岁7例;用药10～20 min发生ADR17例,20 min左右出现ADR26例,静脉滴注结束后4～6 h左右出现ADR者1例;第2天出现ADR者5例,第3天出现ADR者2例.结论 加强对患者的临床观察,耐心细致地做好心理护理,是提高小儿阿奇霉素静脉滴注的临床疗效和安全性的关键.

abstractsObjective To study the adverse drug reactions (ADR)of azithromycin by infusion in the treatment of children. Methods One hundred and eighty children were treated with azithromycin by infsion.The clinical observation on its adverse reactions was made and nursing care was provided. Results 51 ADR were occurred in 180 children, and the rate of ADR was 28.3%. 19 cases below one year old, and 14,11,7 cases in 1 ～3,3 ～7,7 ～ 14 year old separately. 17 and 26 ADR were occurred in 10 ～20 min and 20 min separately. 1,5,2 ADR were occurred in 4 ～ 6 h ,2 d ,3 d after infison separately. Conclusion Strengthening clinical observations and applying psychological care patiently and carefully is the key to improving clinical efficacy and safety in taking azithromycin by infsion.
