摘要：

器式布源器近距离治疗术后切缘阳性的上颌恶性肿瘤是一种行之有效的方法,精确度高,适形性好,保证局部控制率的同时,减少对周围组织的损伤.

abstracts：

-16 months and there were no severe complications. Conclusions It's an effective way to treat malignant tumors with positive excision margin in the maxilla by brachytherapy using digital model obturators which contain 125Ⅰ radioactive seeds.
