Clopidogrel-induced cholestatic liver injury in an old woman and literature review
摘要篇首： IntroductionClopidogrel is a thienopyridine derivative platelet aggrega-tion inhibitor that irreversibly and selectively binding to adenylate cyclase-coupled ADP receptors on the platelet surface,which has been shown to be effective in the secondary prevention of cardio-vascular events.Hepatotoxicity is a rare side-effect of clopi-dogrel, however, cases has been reported gradually since 2000,including one case of fatal liver injury[1] and two cases of system-ic inflammatory response syndrome ( SIRS)[2-3] associated with clopidogrel.
