摘要SCI论文是国际国内评价单位科研水平与能力的重要依据,本文通过统计第3军医大学2010-2012年SCI论文发表数据,分析近3年发表SCI论文的数量和质量变化趋势,根据分析结果总结SCI论文的管理经验,讨论了当前以SCI论文作为主要评价指标存在的问题,并提出了改善的建议,为指导科研管理工作、创新科研能力、提高科技水平提供依据.
