摘要面部注射软组织填充剂以非手术方式有效改善患者面部组织容量缺失实现面部年轻化，随着上市软组织填充剂种类的增加和应用范围的扩大，相关并发症的报道日益增多。尽管当前国内外已发表多篇专注于透明质酸填充剂安全性的共识，尚缺乏包含其他类别的软组织填充剂面部注射的安全共识。中国整形美容协会微创与皮肤整形美容分会组织整形外科和皮肤科从事注射美容行业的专家基于国内外既往研究证据、文献报道、专家经验，形成中国面部注射软组织填充剂的安全性专家共识，包括理想填充剂的特点，注射材料的选择因素，并发症发生相关影响因素、不同部位注意事项，并明确指出透明质酸填充剂是目前唯一可被透明质酸酶特异性降解，具有可逆性的填充材料。

abstractsNon-surgical facial rejuvenation can be effectively achieved by facial injection of soft tissue fillers, which addresses volume loss in the face and enhances a youthful appearance. However, with the increasing variety of soft tissue fillers available on the market and their expanding applications, reports of related complications have also been on the rise. While there exist multiple consensuses focusing on the safety of hyaluronic acid fillers, a comprehensive consensus addressing the safety of other types of soft tissue fillers is currently lacking. China Society of Minimally Invasive Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Dermatology has organized experts from plastic surgery and dermatology specializing in injectable aesthetic procedures to compile a Chinese expert consensus on the safety of facially injected soft tissue fillers. This consensus outlines the characteristics of an ideal filler, factors influencing the selection of injectable materials, and factors associated with the occurrence of complications. It further provides specific considerations for different facial areas and explicitly states that hyaluronic acid fillers are currently unique and only injectable materials that can be specifically degraded by hyaluronidase, thereby possessing reversibility.
