摘要激光美容是指通过对人体皮肤或皮下组织实施合适剂量的激光/强脉冲光、射频、超声等治疗，以达到去除皮肤病灶，改善外观及状况的目的。近30年来，随着光、电、声等物理技术的发展，激光美容领域研究成果很大程度上解决了临床疾病的治疗问题和美容的基本需求，但至今尚缺乏完整而系统的、基于较高等级证据的临床指南，以指导临床从业人员规范化的诊疗实践。该指南结合国内外相关的高证据等级文献和激光治疗专家共识/指南，组织国内激光美容各疾病领域专家共同参与制定，旨在为相关常见疾病的进一步规范诊疗提供参考。指南涵盖了以下常见皮肤病变：黄褐斑、颧部褐青色痣、太田痣、雀斑、雀斑样痣、咖啡牛奶斑、贝克尔痣、黑眼圈、文身、炎症后色素沉着、色素脱失与减退、黑色素痣、汗管瘤、睑黄瘤、疣状表皮痣、增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩、痤疮瘢痕、膨胀纹、毛孔粗大、毛细血管扩张、葡萄酒色斑、面部静态细纹、面部松弛、非侵入性减脂、脱毛。指南主要内容包括疾病病因和临床表现、治疗可选光电技术、推荐光电设备和参数以及激光优选方案。

abstractsLaser and aesthetic medicine refers to the medical field that using laser/intense pulsed light, radio frequency, ultrasound, and other treatments on human skin or subcutaneous tissue to remove skin lesions and improve appearance and condition. Over the past 30 years, with the development of technologies, research achievements in laser and aesthetic medicine have largely solved the problems of common diseases and the basic needs for aesthetic purpose. However, there is still a lack of complete and systematic clinical guidelines based on high-level evidence to guide standardized diagnosis and treatment for clinical practitioners. The guide combines relevant literature with high level of evidence and international consensus/guidelines. The authors organized experts in the related 26 disease in China. The aim is to provide reference for future standardized diagnosis and treatment in laser and aesthetic medicine. The guideline covers the following common skin conditions: melasma, acquired bilateral nevus of Ota-like macules, nevus of Ota, freckles, solar lentigines, café-au-lait macules, Becker’s nevus, infraorbital dark circles, tattoo removal, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, vitiligo and hypopigmentation, melanocytic nevi, syringoma, xanthelasma palpebrarum, verrucous epidermal nevus, hypertrophic scar, keloid, acne scar, striae distensae, enlarged facial pores, telangiectasia, port-wine stains, facial rhytid, facial laxity, non-invasive fat reduction, hair removal. The guideline includes the etiology and clinical manifestations of the diseases, optional technologies for treatment, recommended equipment and parameters, and preferred solutions.
