换一批摘要颗粒酶存在于细胞毒性颗粒中，是高度同源的丝氨酸蛋白酶家族，由自然杀伤细胞、细胞毒性淋巴细胞合成并释放，在穿孔素的参与下介导多种程序性死亡方式，是免疫细胞发挥抗肿瘤作用的重要介质。文章对颗粒酶介导肿瘤细胞死亡、颗粒酶与各种细胞凋亡方式的关系进行综述，以期为肿瘤治疗提供新的理论依据和治疗策略。

abstractsGranzyme exists in the cytotoxic granules and belongs to a highly homologous serine protease family. Granzyme is synthesized and released from natural killer cells and cytotoxic lymphocytes. It induces multiple programmed death with the participation of perforin and is an important medium for immune cells to exert anti-tumor effects. This article reviews the granzyme-mediated tumor cell death and the relationship between granzyme and kinds of ways of cell apoptosis, in order to provide new theoretical basis and therapeutic strategies for tumor therapy.
