目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声监测宫腔镜下剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠病灶清除术的临床价值。方法回顾性分析1999年1月至2012年12月汕头市第二人民医院在彩色多普勒超声监测宫腔镜下剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠病灶清除术的8例患者的临床资料。结果术前8例剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠患者彩色多普勒超声均表现为子宫下段前壁剖宫产瘢痕处混合性包块，在彩色多普勒超声监测宫腔镜下病灶清除术保守治疗成功，术中出血少。结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的主要方法。彩色多普勒超声监测宫腔镜下剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠病灶清除术，能够明显缩短手术时间，减少盲目性，保证了宫腔镜手术安全，具有很重要的临床实用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound on monitoring the hysteroscopic previous caesarean section scar pregnancy debridement. Methods From January 1999 to December 2012,the clinical data of 8 patients with previous caesarean section scar pregnancy debride-ment under color Doppler ultrasound monitoring in the second people’s hospital of Shantou were retro-spectively analyzed. Results Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound of the 8 patients with previous caesar-ean section scar pregnancy showed mixed mass at the cesarean section scar in lower uterine segment anterior wall. Hysteroscopic conservative treatment for debridement was successful by color Doppler ultrasound mo-nitoring,and the blood loss was less. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound is the main method for diag-nosis of previous caesarean section scar pregnancy. Color Doppler ultrasound in monitoring the hysteroscop-ic debridement of previous caesarean section scar pregnancy,can obviously shorten the operation time,re-duce blindness,ensure the safety of hysteroscopic surgery,and has very important clinical value.
